Orders and pricing
An order is confirmed only after our team verifies stock availability, payment method and delivery details. We reserve the right to cancel, hold or request additional confirmation for suspicious, incorrect or incomplete orders.
Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise. Promotions, discounts and coupon conditions may change depending on stock, supplier price changes and campaign limits.
Payments
Supported payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer and PayHere online payments when enabled. For bank transfer orders, dispatch may start after payment verification.
For online payments, payment processing is handled by the relevant payment gateway. Any failed, reversed or disputed payment may place the order on hold until it is resolved.
Limitation of liability
We aim to provide accurate product details, images and stock information. However, minor differences in color, packaging or bundled accessories may occur depending on supplier batches.
The store is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect delivery information, bank/payment delays, force majeure events or situations outside our reasonable control.
